Rev. Paulette A. McPherson is a Board Certified Chaplain, CPE Supervisor-in-Training, educator, and healthcare innovator who has served at hospital bedsides, in ICUs, with families, and at the end of life for more than a decade. Her practical approach to spiritual care, combined with a passion for innovation, earned her the nickname “The Practical Chaplain.”

While completing her Doctor of Ministry in Strategic Leadership at Capital Seminary & Graduate School, she developed the PEACE Spiritual Assessment Model, a practical, documentation-ready framework for today’s healthcare environment.

Her mission is to advance the profession of chaplaincy by equipping spiritual care providers with practical, evidence-informed tools that strengthen compassionate care, clinical excellence, and meaningful documentation.
